Publishers Publishing Group, LLC (PPG) will publish, list, market, distribute, and sell your book through its sales channels.

Ownership: You retain full ownership and copyright of your book. You may publish or sell it elsewhere and may request that PPG stop selling it at any time. PPG will stop new sales within a reasonable processing period and fulfill outstanding orders.

Profit Sharing: You receive 90% of net profits from PPG sales. PPG receives 10%. Net profit means sales revenue after refunds and direct selling costs, including printing, shipping, fulfillment, and payment-processing fees.

Royalties: PPG provides sales reports every 30 days. Payments are made according to your separate written royalty instructions. Until those instructions are received, your unpaid royalties will be recorded and held for the person legally entitled to receive them.

Authorization: By submitting this form, you confirm that you own The Evil Disease or have the legal authority to authorize its sale. You authorize Publishers Publishing Group, LLC to publish, market, distribute, and sell the book in print, e-book, and audiobook formats under the terms described above. By checking the agreement box and selecting “Authorize,” you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
