Digital Products
Digital products, including eBooks, digital downloads, custom songs, publishing services, artwork, and other digital services, are delivered electronically.
Delivery times for custom work vary depending on the project and are listed on the product page whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for providing any requested information needed to complete their order. Delays in submitting questionnaires, files, approvals, or other required materials may delay delivery.
Physical Products
Printed books, apparel, artwork, and other physical merchandise are produced and shipped after an order is placed.
Shipping times may vary depending on production schedules, inventory, holidays, weather, and carrier delays.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Publishers Publishing Group is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers selected by Publishers Publishing Group.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
