Return and Refund Policy

General Policy
Publishers Publishing Group (PPG) offers custom creative services, music products, educational materials, and other products and services.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable purchase agreement or required by law, purchases are final upon successful payment. Refunds are not provided solely because a customer changes their mind, no longer needs the purchase, or decides not to use the product or service.
The provisions below explain the terms applicable to different types of purchases.
Custom Book Creation
Purchases of custom book creation services are final and nonrefundable upon successful payment, except where required by applicable law.
Customers authorize PPG to begin the creative production process immediately upon purchase.
A change of mind, dissatisfaction with subjective creative decisions, or a request to discontinue the project does not independently create a right to a refund.
PPG remains responsible for fulfilling the services included in the customer's purchase agreement.
Book Revisions and Review Periods
Book creation services include two manuscript revision opportunities unless otherwise specified in the applicable purchase agreement.
Customers have thirty (30) calendar days from the date PPG sends each manuscript review notice to submit feedback or request revisions within the original project scope.
PPG may send reminders during each review period.
If a customer does not respond within the applicable thirty-day period, that revision opportunity expires. PPG may proceed to the next stage without additional approval.
If the first opportunity expires without a response, PPG may resend the existing manuscript for the second and final review opportunity.
After both revision opportunities have been used or expired, PPG may finalize the manuscript and complete the purchased service, including authorized publication where applicable.
Revisions requested after finalization are not included in the original purchase and may be offered for an additional fee.
PPG may extend deadlines, consider late feedback, or make reasonable accommodations in exceptional circumstances at its discretion. Such accommodations do not guarantee future extensions or reopen completed projects.
Unused revision opportunities do not automatically transfer to other projects.
Music Creation and Purchases
PPG may create a song from information submitted by a prospective customer and provide a preview before offering the completed song for purchase.
Customers are responsible for evaluating the available preview and the terms of their selected purchase option before payment.
Music purchases do not include complimentary revisions unless expressly stated in the applicable purchase agreement.
Additional modifications may be offered separately at PPG's discretion.
Changes of mind, subjective dissatisfaction, or decisions not to use or release a purchased song do not independently qualify for a refund.
The Standards System and Educational Materials
Educational materials sold through The Standards System, including workbooks, guides, and classroom materials, are printed after an order is placed.
Because these products are produced to fulfill individual orders, purchases are generally final and cannot be canceled or refunded solely because a customer changes their mind, orders an incorrect quantity, or decides not to use the materials.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before completing payment.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or is not delivered, customers should contact PPG so that the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate remedy provided in accordance with applicable law.
Any separately contracted educational services, licensing arrangements, or institutional agreements are subject to their respective written terms.
Other Digital and Physical Products
Digital products are generally nonreturnable and nonrefundable after purchase or delivery, except where required by applicable law.
For physical products, any applicable return eligibility will be stated at the time of purchase. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered orders will be addressed in accordance with applicable law.
Cancellations and Customer Nonresponse
Orders are not eligible for cancellation and refund solely because a customer changes their mind after payment.
Customers purchasing creative services are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring communications regarding their projects.
PPG may continue production, finalize work, and fulfill contracted obligations when a customer fails to respond within an applicable review period.
Customer nonresponse does not cancel an order or independently create a right to a refund.
Publishing Partnerships
Publishing Partnership creation fees are payments for creative production services, not financial investments or guarantees of future earnings.
PPG does not guarantee sales, royalties, profits, or commercial success.
A lack of sales or royalties does not independently qualify an order for a refund.
Ownership rights, royalty participation, publishing arrangements, and buyout options are governed by the applicable service agreement.
Contractual Obligations and Legal Rights
PPG remains responsible for delivering the products and services expressly included in each purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, including remedies for defective goods, non-delivery, or failure to provide contracted services.
