Refund policy

At Publishers Publishing Group, many of our products and services are created specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our work, we maintain the following refund policy.
Custom Products & Services
Custom songs, publishing services, custom artwork, personalized books, and other made-to-order creative services are created exclusively for you.
Because these projects require time, planning, creative development, and production that cannot be recovered or resold, all sales of custom products and services are final.
Production Begins After Purchase
Your order reserves production time and resources for your project.
For this reason, orders for custom products and services are generally not eligible for cancellation or refund after purchase, even if:
- You decide not to continue with the project.
- You delay completing the required questionnaire or submitting requested materials.
- You change your mind after placing your order.
- You no longer need the completed project.
If a required questionnaire or materials are not submitted, your order will remain on hold until we receive the information needed to begin production.
Revisions
Each package includes the number of revisions listed in the product description.
Revision requests are intended to refine the original creative direction, not create an entirely new project.
Additional revisions beyond those included may require an additional fee.
Non-Custom Products
Physical products and standard merchandise may be eligible for return or replacement if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if this occurs.
Digital downloads that are not custom-created are generally non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded.
If We Cannot Complete Your Order
If Publishers Publishing Group is unable to complete your order due to circumstances within our control, we may, at our discretion, provide an appropriate refund, store credit, or alternative solution.
