Publishers Publishing Group Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 10, 2026
Welcome to Publishers Publishing Group ("PPG," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, purchasing any product or service, or submitting creative work to us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Our Services
Publishers Publishing Group provides creative publishing services, including but not limited to:
• Custom Song Creation
• Book Publishing
• Ghostwriting
• Editing
• Artwork Publishing
• Creative Consulting
• Educational Materials
• Digital Downloads
• Print-on-Demand Products
Additional services may be added over time.
2. Custom Creative Services
Many of our services are custom-made specifically for each customer.
Work may begin shortly after payment is received.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, completing questionnaires, reviewing proofs when requested, and responding within a reasonable timeframe.
Failure to respond or complete requested forms does not cancel the order or qualify for a refund.
Reasonable revisions may be included based on the purchased package.
3. Payments
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices may change without notice.
Orders are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed.
4. Returns & Refunds
Because many of our products and services are custom-created, personalized, digital, or produced specifically for each customer, all sales are final.
Refunds are generally not available once payment has been submitted.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Custom songs
• Ghostwriting
• Book publishing services
• Editing services
• Personalized artwork
• Digital products
• Downloadable files
• Creative consulting
If work has begun, no refund will be issued.
Failure to complete questionnaires, submit requested materials, respond to communications, or participate in the creative process does not qualify for a refund.
If Publishers Publishing Group is unable to complete a project due solely to our own error, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a correction, replacement, store credit, or refund.
5. Music Rights & Licensing
Ownership and licensing of music depend on the package purchased.
The rights granted to the customer are determined by the specific service selected.
Unless a package specifically transfers exclusive ownership, Publishers Publishing Group retains all rights not expressly granted to the customer.
Personal Song Package
Songs created under the Personal Song Package are licensed for personal enjoyment.
Customers may share the song with family and friends.
Commercial distribution, resale, streaming releases, monetization, licensing, or claiming ownership is not permitted.
Copyright remains with Publishers Publishing Group unless otherwise stated.
Artist Release Package
Artist Release Packages are intended for commercial music releases.
Commercial rights granted under this package will be outlined in the purchased service.
Any royalty splits, publishing ownership, songwriter credits, producer credits, or licensing arrangements will be disclosed before release whenever applicable.
Rights not specifically transferred remain the property of Publishers Publishing Group.
Exclusive Song Package
Exclusive packages provide the highest level of ownership available through Publishers Publishing Group.
Exclusive rights transfer only after:
• Full payment has been received
• The project has been completed
• Any required agreements have been executed
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Publishers Publishing Group may retain the right to identify the project within our professional portfolio without disclosing confidential customer information.
6. Book Publishing & Author Rights
Authors retain ownership of manuscripts they submit unless they specifically purchase services that include transfers of intellectual property.
Ghostwriting, editing, formatting, publishing assistance, cover design, and related services do not automatically transfer copyrights between either party unless stated in writing.
Rights associated with publishing packages will be described within the purchased service.
Additional publishing agreements may be required for certain projects.
7. Creator Submissions
Creators submitting books, music, artwork, or other creative works represent that:
• They own the work or have permission to submit it.
• Their submission does not infringe on the rights of others.
• They are legally authorized to enter into this agreement.
Publishers Publishing Group reserves the right to approve, reject, remove, suspend, or discontinue any project at our sole discretion.
Submission does not guarantee publication.
8. Intellectual Property
Ownership and usage rights are determined by the specific product or service purchased. Where a package includes exclusive ownership, those rights transfer upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment. Where exclusive ownership is not included, Publishers Publishing Group retains all rights not expressly granted to the customer.
Customers may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our original creative works beyond the rights granted in their purchased package.
9. Digital Products
Digital downloads are delivered electronically.
Customers are responsible for downloading and storing purchased files.
Publishers Publishing Group is not responsible for lost files resulting from deleted emails, damaged devices, expired download links, or customer storage issues.
10. Revisions
Packages may include revisions as described in the purchased service.
Revision requests must remain within the original scope of the project.
Major changes, new concepts, or complete rewrites may require additional fees.
11. Limitation of Liability
Publishers Publishing Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms of Service.
